This policy explains what information Chris Will ("we," "us") collects when you use chriswill.co, submit our contact form, or call or text our business phone number, and how we use it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.
Information we collect
- Your name, business name, phone number, email address and trade, when you submit our contact form
- Whether you agreed to receive text messages, and when
- The content and time of calls and text messages you send to our business number
- Records of messages we send you and whether you have opted out
How we use it
- To respond to your request and schedule a call
- To answer your questions and follow up about our services
- To send text messages only if you checked the consent box or texted us first
- To keep records of opt-outs so we stop messaging anyone who asks
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers needed to run our business and deliver our messages, such as our phone and texting provider (Twilio), our email provider and our hosting and automation tools. These providers may use your information only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We never sell your information, and we never share mobile information or text messaging opt-in data with anyone for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.
- Reply HELP for help, or email chris@chriswill.co.
- Email us at any time to ask what information we have about you or to have it deleted.
Security and retention
We use reasonable measures to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed to respond to you, keep required business records, and honor opt-out requests.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
